Somehow Santa manages to find us no matter where we roam... Here are some of the things that he brought me while I was in California... I've left out photos of gum & WetOnes, sorry... Click on images to see them larger...
Above: pad, pins, card, pen, keyring and (maybe?) the little cat heads: by Paperchase; they make cute stuff.
Above: Paperchase cards in box; Santa playing cards (careful when you shuffle!); ribbons in a variety of fun colors and patterns (argyle is my fave so far); Lego head salt & pepper shakers; little photo anchors; Instant Playtime Bears! I'm looking forward to immersing the Bear with Saxophone in water... Last pic: yarn cutter; stickers that include Pugs; crabby ornament; earplugs; and a bobbly-head pin of Chip... or is it Dale? I can never get those guys straight.
Above: Best gift of all. A bracelet made by my sister which reads, "TINY BABY FISTS OF FURY", as she got more laffs than was "really necessary" at my expense for this weird photo (second one, top row) of my hand. She thought I had used a baby hand, and I had to convince her that, no, it was MY hand, and that I hadn't contracted Adult-Onset Dwarfism. Second Image: My college friend Ginny also thought that the finger puppet photo looked odd. We had been recalling another friend we had lived with in college who had actually been a hand model, so when Ginny found this scrap of paper that I had saved that was in the room that she was staying in, she came downstairs to say, "Hey, Megan, you didn't tell me that YOU were a hand model too!" Heeheeheeheeeee... Third Image: Here's the Lego watch I bought for myself in Downtown Disney. I don't normally wear a watch, which isn't usually a problem, as days and not hours are what I have to keep track of. I thought this one was cute, and the price was reasonable.
Above: A few more purchases I made while on vacation. The quintessential California shoe: Vans. How could I refuse? So graphic, so what if I'll look like a clown? Middle image: some scrapbooky things that I'll use in finger puppetry... Last image: a window cling, I thought the hibiscus added a nice touch to the classic smiley face image.
So, that's what I got... Whud you get?
Hope you get all the Best in 2007! Much love!
