Sometimes You're the Pug. Sometimes You're the Plug.
Going on walks gives me ideas for finger puppets. So, seeing the shapes of fire hydrants (or fire plugs), I thought... "Hmmm... a nice little character for my dog puppets to interact with..." Gives some Sturm to their Drang, if you know what I mean.
I went with 'classic' fire hydrant colors, and
not the colors of the hydrants here in town. Here, they're orange, and
have a piece of rebar sticking up from them, holding a reflective
circle. They look like little kids dressed for winter, wearing backpacks and holding balloons.
I've decided that this fire plug (who has some angora sweater ribbing ) is a sneaky sort of guy, always running away from the Pugs and frustrating them to no end. A friend wants me to make videos and put them on YouTube. Sounds like a plan...

LOL They're delightful!
